Where do you ship from?
Warehouse USLAX01 in Rialto, California. Stock is held in the United States, so in-stock orders do not wait on an overseas container.
How much is shipping?
Free in the Los Angeles metro area. $249 flat freight per bike to the rest of the US and Canada. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy page.
How long until it arrives?
2–5 business days to dispatch from the warehouse, then 2–5 days locally or 5–12 days by freight elsewhere.
Are these street legal?
No. KERONOX bikes are sold for closed-course and private off-road use only. Check your local regulations before riding — see our Terms of Service.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 15 days, in new and unused condition. See the Return & Refund Policy for the full process and any fees.
What is covered by the warranty?
2 years on frame and electronics. Wear items, crash damage and modified units are excluded.
Do you offer dealer or fleet pricing?
Yes. Select "6+ units" on the quote form and a specialist will follow up with volume pricing.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider, over an encrypted connection. We never receive or store your card number.
