These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from VISION PEAK SOLUTION LLC, trading as KERONOX. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to purchase from KERONOX. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. A person aged 18 or over must be present to sign for delivery.
3. Products and Descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Specifications, weights, ranges and speeds are given in good faith based on our testing.
Quoted range and top speed are measured under test conditions. Actual figures depend on rider weight, terrain, gradient, temperature, tire pressure, riding style and battery age. Range figures quoted for first gear will not be achieved at maximum speed.
Product photography is representative. Minor variations in finish, hardware or component branding may occur between production batches.
4. Off-Road Use Only
KERONOX M5 and M7 Pro electric dirt bikes are sold for closed-course and private off-road use only. They are not manufactured, certified or sold as street-legal vehicles and are not equipped for public road use.
It is your responsibility to confirm and comply with the laws of your state, county and municipality regarding where these vehicles may be operated, and whether registration, licensing or insurance is required. We cannot advise on the law in your area, and we are not responsible for any fine, penalty, seizure or liability arising from unlawful use.
5. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Riding an electric dirt bike is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death. By purchasing, you accept that risk. You agree to:
- Wear a certified helmet and appropriate protective equipment at all times
- Read the owner's manual fully before first use
- Not ride in rain, storms or extreme weather
- Not permit an untrained or underage rider to operate the bike
- Not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Inspect brakes, tires and fasteners before each ride
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and applicable tax unless stated.
- Shipping and tax are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
- Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken.
7. Stock and Availability
Stock levels shown reflect inventory at our USLAX01 warehouse and may change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a backorder, an alternative model or a full refund.
8. Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and warranty are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
9. Modifications Void Warranty
Altering the controller, battery, motor, speed limiter or firmware, or fitting non-KERONOX components, voids your warranty in full and may make the vehicle unsafe and unlawful to operate.
10. Intellectual Property
The KERONOX name, logo, product designs, photography and all content on this website are owned by VISION PEAK SOLUTION LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.
11. Acceptable Use of This Site
You agree not to use this site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of profit, or injury resulting from misuse, modification, failure to maintain the vehicle, or riding without protective equipment.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify VISION PEAK SOLUTION LLC against claims arising from your use of the product in breach of these terms or in breach of applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, except where mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
