1. Where We Ship From
All KERONOX orders are fulfilled from our United States warehouse:
Because we hold stock domestically, in-stock orders do not wait on an overseas container.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. There are no hidden fees added after purchase.

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Freight cost is charged per bike, so an order of two bikes carries two freight charges.
3. Handling Time
In-stock orders are picked, packed and dispatched from USLAX01 within 2–5 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day.
4. Delivery & Tracking
Electric dirt bikes ship crated by freight carrier, not by standard parcel post. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment for freight shipments.
- Someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Standard freight is curbside delivery — the driver is not required to bring the crate indoors.
- Please ensure the delivery address is accessible to a freight truck.
5. Inspect Before You Sign
Inspect the crate for visible damage before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt and photograph it. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged crate can limit our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.
Report any shipping damage to sales@keronox.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.
6. Lithium Battery Transport
KERONOX bikes contain lithium-ion battery packs, which are classified as dangerous goods for transport. Batteries are shipped in compliance with applicable transport regulations. Because of these restrictions we cannot ship by air, and some remote destinations may be unavailable.
7. Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a freight shipment once it has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the outbound and return freight costs will be deducted from any refund.
8. International Orders Outside the US and Canada
We do not currently offer checkout for destinations outside the United States and Canada. If you are outside these regions, contact sales@keronox.com and we will quote freight for your address individually.
9. Duties and Taxes
US orders: applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Canadian orders: duties, GST/HST/PST and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
